Chico State Student Charged with Murder in Hong KongA Chico State student is jailed in Hong Kong, accused of killing a taxi driver. Police say 22-year-old Kelsey Mudd got into an argument with a taxi driver. The cab then crashed into three oncoming cabs, killing the driver. Investigators say while emergency crews were tending to the crash victims, Mudd hopped into the cab and continued driving, crashing head-on into another taxi. Mudd was originally charged with drunk driving. Mudd is a member of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity at Chico State University. His parents live in Hong Kong, but he's lived in California for the last eight years. If convicted, he faces life in prison.
