Grant Thornton LLP, on Tuesday named a new chief executive officer to replace Edward Nusbaum, which has been promoted. Stephen Chipman, 47, is director of the Chicago accounting firm on 1 January. Mr. Nusbaum is leaving the Chicago office to Chief Executive Officer of Grant Thornton International Ltd, the umbrella organization for the Grant Thornton global offices.
